Our Story
One of us is an accountant that seriously loves taxes and the other is a technology geek, both Valdosta State business graduates. We’ve known each other since our almost 40 year old children were in kindergarten together. We’ve shared the highs and lows of life and friendship for many years, and have always had a consistent thread of “One of these days we are going to….”. In November 2022 the dream of having our own accounting and business services firm finally came to fruition. Sometimes the planets really do all line up just perfectly! Coming out of Covid, the technology we needed was available, affordable, and finally considered the “norm”. Working in a local cpa firm for several years fanned the entrepreneurial spirit that had been always been simmering on the back burner.
We knew we could provide our clients with personal attention and a high level of service and dependability. We knew our customer service skills guaranteed us A+ reviews. We have experience in a large variety of industries plus personal accounting for elderly clients and wealthy families. Confident and prepared to meet the requirements of any potential clients, we had a small client base encouraging us to make the leap. When excellent and affordable work space became available, we dusted off our last version of the business plan, updated and polished it over the holidays, and look the leap at the end of December 2022. We opened our office in January 2023 and haven’t looked back.
